Job Description PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating
Room for a travel nursing job in Hanford, California. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40
hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job
Specific Notes: Day Shift/ 0645-1515 M-F, One weekday call, one
weekend call every 5-6 weeks that may include partial Friday call
Job Summary: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an
assigned group of patients according to established standards of
care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities
of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care
with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking,
professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree
in Nursing (BSN): Preferred Acute care facility experience:
Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
in the state of practice: Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)
certification: Required Department Specific License/Certifications:
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Healthstream Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) or RQIPALS: Required Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life
