Professional Receptionist- Full Time

Well known Fresno company is seeking a Professional Receptionist to support their front desk. As a Receptionist in this fast paced office, you will be answering multiple phone lines, transferring to extensions, taking messages and providing overall quality customer service both in person and over the phone. As a direct support to the owner you will be supporting with various administrative projects. Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist experience, experience with multiple phones lines answering up to 100-200 calls per day, have excellent grammar and communication skills, both oral and written and have a good working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word and Excel.
