As an Entry Level Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Verizon’s expansion, learning to prospect, present, negotiate, and close sales while building lasting client relationships. Engage in daily, in-depth training on Verizon's products, such as 5G Home Internet, mobile plans, Fios, direct sales, and client relationship management. Learn client acquisition by supporting seasoned sales professionals in direct engagements across Fresno. Lease customers with a warm greeting, build immediate rapport, and foster a welcoming space for Verizon service discussions. Assess customer needs through active listening and strategic questioning to recommend tailored Verizon solutions. Practice and perfect engaging sales presentations, actively assess customer needs, and highlight Verizon’s unique benefits to drive new acquisitions. Guide customers through the sales process by gathering accurate information, clarifying service terms, and ensuring a smooth Verizon onboarding experience. Develop key account management skills by engaging new customers, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering long-term growth opportunities. Log all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead qualifications in our CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting. Refine skills in handling customer inquiries and objections with confidence, transforming challenges into trust-building opportunities for successful sales.
