Remote Provider Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an advocate for providers, resolving issues and answering questions
Quickly triage contacts from healthcare professionals and research complex issues
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with computer systems and ability to type at least 35-40 WPM
Availability to work full-time shifts between 9AM - 5:30 PM CST, Monday to Friday
Reside in Tennessee and have a dedicated work area with high-speed internet
