We are currently seeking a
Part-Time Front Desk Agent
Front Desk Agent Duties & Responsibilities:
--- Greeting and registering guests in a friendly manner.
--- Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room
blocking.
--- Assisting large groups upon arrival.
--- Be familiar with the local area, helping guests find dining,
shopping and other "hidden gems" nearby.
--- Being the first to handle and resolve guest issues, and working
to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
--- Processing payments according to procedures including
authorization of all credit cards.
--- Ensuring all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end
of each shift.
--- Professionally and politely answer questions and cater to any
guests needs.
--- Communicates internally with other departments when necessary
to resolve a guest concern or request.
The Successful Front Desk Agent Candidate:
--- Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and willing to go the extra
mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
--- Hotel Front Desk experience preferred
--- Knowledge of reservation system
--- Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written
means.
--- Windows knowledge.
--- Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.
--- Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
--- Able to lift 20lb on occasion.
--- Set schedule with availability to pick up extra shifts
--- High school Diploma or equivalent
