We currently have a contract position for a Technical Support
Customer Service Representative in Fresno, CA. Must be local and
commutable to Fresno. This is a 100 Onsite position with the
possibility for hire. Pay Rate - 18 - 19 hr. W2. Must be authorized
to work in the U.S without sponsorship. Experience 1-3 years.
Duties include answering telephone call inquiries, interfacing with
external clients and promoting an organization's products and
services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to
ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Familiar with standard
concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
goals. Performs a variety of tasks, managing daily tasks such as
on-time delivery, coordinate customer needs, communication with
external clients and sites, support of the sales planning. Person
will be doing Tech Support they will be doing Root Cause Analysis
on various items such as Map Issue, POIs. MS Office skills,
excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer
service orientation and dynamic personality and team spirit.
Ability to work flexibly, process oriented and on own initiative
and even to be able to work under pressure. Candidate needs to have
phone and customer service experience Bilingual with any other
language is a Plus Currently using NetSuite but moving to SAP
either exp is a plus Logistics BG export or Import BG Schedule
initially for training will be 8-5 - 2 week training work and after
training they will get different 8 hours shift due to the team
needing to provide 24HR support to their customer. the work
schedules are as followed 6-3, 7-4, 8-5 and 9-6
