As a BCBA at Learning ARTS, you will play a pivotal role in
developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting
assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of
high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. You
will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of talented
professionals who share your passion for making a difference in the
lives of individuals with autism. A Typical Day in the Life of a
BCBA at Learning ARTS: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including
functional behavior assessments(FBAs), and develop individualized
treatment plans based on the principles of appliedbehavior
analysis. Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior
technicians and direct supportstaff. Implement behavior
intervention plans and track progress towards treatment goals.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to
ensure consistency andgeneralization of skills across various
environments. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the
effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings to
promote professionaldevelopment and collaboration. Maintain
accurate and organized documentation of client progress and

Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,
Special Education, Psychology, or arelated field. Strong knowledge
of the principles of applied behavior analysis and experience
inconducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing
behaviorintervention plans. Proficient in data collection,
analysis, and interpretation to guide decision-making andtreatment
planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively collaborate with teammembers, families, and other
professionals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment. Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable
