The EMD Coordinator will be an important team member continuing to drive efficiencies.Pay Range: $17-$18/ HourEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support to the Engineering Department as it relates to the continuous improvement aspects of bad actor analysis and reportingBack-up the Parts Room Manager for all purchasing for all non-capex projectsCoordinate with internal/external resources to ensure flawless internal customer supportBecome a super-user with the Company's reporting and project management software to be a resource for all design department team members.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSelf-starter and strong initiativeExtremely organizedAble to multi-taskVery strong attention to detailGood communicatorAble to work with and understand engineering terminology.Education and/or ExperienceAssociates Degree or Direct work experience in administrative/coordinator capacity (minimum of 5 years)Proven understanding of a maintenance and engineering workflow at a food manufacturing plantExperience in strategic planning and internal customer supportExperience in ERP and CMMS softwareExperience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint), Microsoft Dynamics,Additional Information:Our compensation program is designed to attract, motivate, and retain the very best people.
