Due to growth, Monarch Home Services is currently -seeking Residential HVAC Install Technicians for the Fresno, CA area!We are interviewing professional HVAC Installers to meet our increased demand of residential install appointments. Candidates must be self-motivated, willing to work overtime, must be well-groomed, drug free and dependable. A positive attitude is a top priority.Our current Installer roles that are open: -Lead Installer, Jr Installer, and HelperThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serving the company's clients through expert installation of replacement systems
• Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Take pride in every installation that you do. -
• Let the client know what you did for them. -
• Show the client through the quality of your work that Monarch Home Services offers superior service and quality.
• Re-check each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished. -
• Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Review and follow plans, specifications, submittals, and installation instructions.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Pay: DOEWe offer:
