National Base Salary Rate: $20.00 - $22.50/hour

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Chief Engineer.

What will you be doing most days?

-Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and provide great guest service
-Perform preventative maintenance duties and procedures as needed
-Lead a team of Building Maintenance Tech I and II to complete tasks as assigned by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (QUORE).
-Perform a variety of tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
-Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects
-Oversee all 3rd party outside contractors
-Respond to emergency situations promptly
-Always maintain a professional appearance
-Complete other duties as assigned
