  • Electronic data collection
    Job Duties:
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and running ABA programs
    • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
    • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases
    • Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
    • Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians
    • Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
    • Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
    • Attends staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested
    • Motivated to lead by example
      The Basics:
      • Compensation: $72,000 - $82,000 per year
      • Range of availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule, just your range of availability): Mon-Fri 8am to 8:30pm, no expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.
      • Job Type: Full Time
      • Billable expectation: Can vary, but approximately 110 hours per month
        Requirements:
        • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
        • Active BCBA Certification required
        • 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
        • At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks
