behavior assessments (FBAs) and running ABA programsDevelop new
programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as
neededProvide field supervision to behavior technicians as required
for casesSupport staff in meeting productivity requirementsWrite
performance evaluations for behavior techniciansAvailable to
parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency
or urgent needProduces progress reports and treatment plans to meet
the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies
and funding sourcesAttends staff meetings, trainings, and other
meetings as requestedMotivated to lead by
exampleRequirements:Master's degree in Psychology, Child
Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or
related program, requiredActive BCBA Certification required3+ years
of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior AnalysisAt
least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions
for data collection, programming, and report writing tasksAutism
