Responsibilities:
Build, and manage, a sales team focused on acquiring direct customers with HVAC service needsActively manage customer pipeline using internal database. Update all contact information, lead status and communication notes on a regular basisComplete sales calls to generate new business, identify leads, and build on existing relationshipsNetwork with industry professionals and key associations to develop business opportunities Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term successCollect and analyze sales data and market trendsWork with internal marketing team to develop content for sales presentations and produce marketing materialsWork to exceed set sales quotas and customer expectationsConduct job walks with service technicians and other team membersDevelop proposals, scope of work descriptions and pricing estimates for current and prospective clientsSuccessfully negotiate preventative maintenance and service contracts with customersAct as a liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients requirements are metTurn projects over to operations team for execution and installationsMonitor incoming contracts/orders to ensure they are submitted accurately and fulfilled effectivelyResolve customer concerns in a positive and efficient manner Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to the company standardsPromote Mark III Constructions brand

Qualifications:
Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and/or plumbing systemsA desire to provide superior customer service and a hunger for successAbility to work independently as well as within a team environmentMinimum three years of previous sales experience in a construction service environmentBachelors degree preferredHighly organized with excellent time management abilityMust possess a valid and clean lean driving recordStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsComputer proficiency in Microsoft applicationsAbility to develop and present proposals to potential customers, negotiate contracts and close dealsEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be a self-starter Professional presence Proven track record of working to KPIs and achieving sales targets
