  Job Details
  
  Day-to-day
  
  • Work directly with clients and act a SME/consultant to help them achieve their goals
  • Manage mechanical project team through planning and design phases all the way through to execution
  • Provide oversight of production of design concepts and schematics
  • Planning and organizing construction documents along with project financials
  • Perform site visits as needed
    Requirements
    
    • 10+ years experience with HVAC/Plumbing projects, preferably in the Healthcare and/or K-12 space
    • PE for California, preferred
    • Ability to lead teams and manage projects
