This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Qualifications include:--- High school diploma/GED--- 4+ years HVAC experience--- Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus--- CFC, NATE or RSES certifications preferred--- Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives--- Strong interpersonal skills--- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers--- Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends and on-call--- Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential equipment--- Clean driving record--- Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check--- Must be willing to live or relocate to the Central Valley, CA area (Fresno, Visalia, Tulare, Bakersfield and surrounding areas)If you are looking for an opportunity with a stable, growing company, APPLY now and be sure to attach your resume and cover letter.
