Team Base Pay: $1.60/mile plus FSC

    Requirements:
    • Your own truck (2009 or newer) (OO only)
    • 2 years verifiable experience (OO only)
    • No serious moving violations past 3 years (OO only)
    • Physical damage insurance on tractor*(OO only)
    • Occupational accident insurance*
    • Bobtail insurance*
    • Paid 2290* * We offer purchase assistance, discounts and weekly deductions through preferred vendor relationships
      
      Additional Compensation:
      • Extra stops: $50
      • NYC: $200
      • Fuel Surcharge per contract:
        FSC June 25 2020: 21 per mile

        • 4q2020 Peak Season: 10 per mile
        • Northeast*: 4 per loaded mile
          *Paid on any loads that originate or deliver in the following states:
          CT, DE, DC, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT
          Detention/Wait Time: (paid upon customer approval with on time delivery)

          • $35 per hour after 4 hours
          • $200 max per 24 hours
            Team Bonuses (Paid Monthly):
            
            • 16,000 miles - 7 per mile
              Deductions (per loaded mile):
              • OCC/ACC if applicable: 1.5 per mile
              • Van/Cargo Ins/Trailer Phys Dam Ins: 8 per mile
                If Operating Under Our Authority:
                • Liability/Bobtail/NTU: 9.5 per mile
                • eLog/BestPass/Technology: 1 per mile
                  Additional Deductions that may apply:
                  • License, Registration & Fees: 3 per mile
                  • Reefer Phys Dam Insurance: 5 per mile
                    When 2 drivers are assigned to the load, it will charge 50% of all deductions except OCC/ACC. When solo, it is full charge.
