In your role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with the team that supports practice managers and supervisors with providing leadership to Community Health Partners' clinical staff. Using your expertise, you will lead department orientation, training and mentoring, all while improving performance, developing service areas and improving services! If you're looking to work for a dynamic and fast-growing physicians network for the largest healthcare organization in the Central Valley, then this is the role for you!Qualifications:EducationBachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant field requiredHigh School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate AND an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree requirementExperience3 years of nursing, clinical quality, patient safety, compliance, or healthcare administration experience requiredDemonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability requiredAmbulatory practice compliance, operations, and training experience preferredLicenses and CertificationsRN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California requiredBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredDL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System requiredDisclaimers:--- Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.--- If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
