Job Description:

A company is looking for an Onboarding Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and develop customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty
Engage in product demonstrations and upsell opportunities with existing customers
Analyze customer data to improve the overall customer experience

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Sales or Onboarding experience, preferably in a SaaS company or tech startup
Experience working with Business Intelligence tools to analyze data
Customer Relationship Management experience
Strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills
Proficiency with applicable software applications
