Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Grievances and
Appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and report grievances and appeals accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and develop trends for
management reporting
Lead, coach, and develop staff, establish a positive working
environment, and improve performance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three to five years' experience in insurance or managed care
One year of supervisory or lead experience in insurance or managed
care
Experience in Grievance and Appeals or Customer Service
preferred
Bilingual skills preferred
