Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our construction projects and will be expected to uphold our core values of Teamwork, Respect, Quality, Communication, Positivity, and Integrity.

Responsibilities:
--- Operate a quickie saw and 90lb jackhammer safely and efficiently
--- Perform hand digging and spotting for backhoe operators
--- Assist with potholing using a mud vac and backfilling tasks
--- Compact soil and materials using appropriate tools and equipment
--- Set boxes, vaults, and other structures according to project specifications
--- Set up and take down traffic control devices to ensure safety at the job site
--- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
--- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard
--- Uphold and implement our core values of Teamwork, Respect, Quality, Communication, Positivity, and Integrity

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, but not required
--- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively
--- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and regulations
--- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
--- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
--- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 90 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
--- Reliable transportation
--- Class-A Commercial Drivers License
