The candidate will primarily focus on matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. For more information, please reach out to Alicia Nungaray 559-715-1733Key responsibilities- Execute full-cycle A/P- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Perform special projects as assigned- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
