Primary Responsibilities
-- All the core responsibilities of the Compliance Specialist
Recruit,-- Maintain clean, organized, and properly supplied
workplace including spaces shared with other teams.-- Timely and
accurately record work and results.-- Act as a representative of
our Client, addressing or resolving inquiries from taxpayers via
multiple channels: email, phone, fax, etc.-- Process inbound
correspondence and forms.-- Resolve problems using standard
procedures; looking for ways to improve overall client
experience.-- Professional respectful demeanor in communicating
with taxpayers, clients, and team.-- Update, maintain, or access
taxpayer accounts, transactions, or documents in proprietary
system.-- Ensure required documentation is received and completed
correctly.-- Successfully complete basic training-- Competent in
identifying qualified targets for Discovery.-- Basic skills in
persuading taxpayers to pay. -- Basic skills in outbound
communications for collections and Discovery.-- Perform duties and
responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor. Minimum
Qualifications-- Maintain a deep understanding of complex municipal
codes.-- Resolve problems of complexity and with a broad
perspective; looking for ways to improve overall client or taxpayer
experience.-- Working knowledge of business models in key discovery
types.-- Competent in persuading taxpayers to pay. -- Competent in
outbound communications for collections and Discovery.-- Complete
and apply training in managing anger and emotional resilience.--
Basic skill in field visits.-- Basic knowledge of apportionment and
its potential impact on discovery.-- Basic skill in reframing.--
Moderate Direct Supervision-- Experienced Client Services skills.--
Solve problems of moderate scope and complexity.-- Demonstrate good
judgment; strong team player.-- Adapt well to changing priorities,
influences priorities and decisions.-- Excellent attention to
detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency.-- Able to meet
