Job Description:

Under supervision of the Administrative Manager, process accounts payable transactions, prepare and update Excel affiliated spreadsheets, assist in performing receptionist duties, and other administrative assignments as needed.Job Qualifications & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Diligent in attention to detail
• Process payable transactions
• Able to recognize both USD and CAD currencies in transactions
• Familiar with use of a 10 key entry pad
• Pleasant phone etiquetteJob Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices for payment by coordinating with receiving documents and posting to purchase orders
  • Prepare checks to vendors for payment of invoices
  • Review and maintain vendors' account payable accounts
  • Backup to primary Receptionist - Answering incoming phone calls & greeting visitors at the lobby
  • Process outgoing business mail
