***This position is based on-site in Fresno, CA. Relocation assistance will be provided.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will lead a diverse group of individuals with empathy and openness.
• You will learn and enhance the company CI methodology, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• You will collect and evaluate complex data related to manufacturing processes.
• You will become the essential communicative link between the manufacturing floor and the larger organization.
• You will develop sustainable models for safety and improvement in the workplace.
  SKILLS:
  • You hold a bachelor's degree and Black Belt Certification in Lean/Six Sigma, plus three to five years' experience.
  • You practice excellent leadership and project management skills, including Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing. Experience with Kaizen events a plus.
  • You possess basic knowledge of SOP's, SSOP's, and SWS job training materials.
  • You possess proficiency in OEE monitoring software, ideally Red Zone or an equivalent.
  • You are preferably bilingual in English/Spanish.
