An IT services company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual
Spanish Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Answer inbound calls from citizens and provide answers to the
questions surrounding COVID-19
Schedule Vaccination Appointments with web based software.
Record accurate data and information from the calls in our on-line
Skills and Requirements Include:
1 year (Preferred) customer interaction experience either on phone
or in person
Able to use an online tool as call reason code and interaction
Fluent in Spanish and ability to work remote and the ability to
work an 8 hour shift
Will represent our clients in a professional, service-oriented
Own your own computer (Windows 10 OR Mac running Catalina)
