As a Speech Pathologist with Home Health, the average day is anything but average and you will actively feel and see how your role impacts our mission and those we serve. You will join a committed team of over 100 Home Health professionals with a fervor for doing good work in our community, providing health services to patient where they are within a 60-mile radius in the surrounding Fresno area. Community is expanding its footprint and that means bringing on more staff to join our rehab team in Home Health.

Your Speech Pathology Career at Community | Opportunity. Challenge. Growth. 



In this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Provides diagnostic and therapeutic speech language pathology services to communicatively impaired individuals.
  • Focus on improving speech, language and swallowing disorders to overcome disabilities from a variety of causes.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to physicians, referring agencies, families, schools, other rehabilitation professionals, both verbally and through written documentation.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • One year of Speech-Language Pathology experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • California license in Speech Pathology or eligible.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Valid California driver’s license and driving record acceptable to Community Medical Centers.
