MP Nexlevel, LLC, a leader in the utilities industry, is looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to work in our Fresno, CA office.The Project Supervisor is responsible for the on-site management of the project so that utility construction is completed in an orderly, timely and cost effective fashion. Summary areas of responsibility are:* Safety* Cost control* Quality Control* Customer Service/Communication* Administrative/Management* Personal Development* SchedulingSkills & Abilities:* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization* Ability to use computer/electronic device to query the information system, monitor production and submit reports and time sheets* Able to read blue prints and follow job specifications and orders* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals* Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent* Experience in people and job management preferred* Telecom experience preferred* Underground utility management preferredPhysical Demands:* Must be able to work in all weather conditions* Will be exposed to high noise levelsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this position.
