Job Description:
Volt has an Exciting opportunity for a Welder/ Fabricator! This
is a temp to hire position and is great for a person looking for a
stable company that there is room to grow! Please see below for
details!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fabricate, weld and
assemble equipment and/or machinery as needed. Operate all
equipment and tooling in a safe manner according to company policy.
Always follow food safety practices. Support production as
required. Change priorities or work being performed as needed.*
Reads production drawings and recognizes whether the product is set
up properly; sets up the form as indicated in the production
drawing with correct bill of materials; makes indicated
modifications to the set-up as necessary. * Weld stainless steel,
TIG, MIG and stick. * Cut material using band saw, plasma cutter,
and angle grinder.* Layout, drill and tap metals and plastics.*
Accurately measure and align using tape measure, square, level,
protractor and dial calipers.* Sheet metal forming.If this sounds
