Description: Vivalon is a Marin-based nonprofit that has been
serving the community for over 71 years. Our Vivalon Rides division
proudly serves five counties, providing safe and reliable
transportation for adults with developmental disabilities. We

communities we serve. We are looking to hire a Transportation
Supervisor for our Modesto operation. This supervisor is the first
line of management for our driver workforce and will supervise a
designated group of drivers. Responsibilities include performance
coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation, and
recognition. This Driver Supervisor must have a commercial driver's
license and experience overseeing drivers. Requirements: The
following skills and experience are qualifications for this job:
Leadership and supervisory experience. Transportation operational
experience. Knowledge of ADA policies and regulations. Knowledge of
Vivalon service areas and Service Contract requirements is desired.
Knowledge of applicable State and Federal work and passenger bus
safety rules & regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skill in organization, time
management, prioritization, and attention to detail. Compensation
and Benefits $26 - $36/hour depending on experience. We offer a
