Job Description:

The AppleOne Team is currently recruiting a Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial litigation background with an emphasis on family law. This position will obtain a solid knowledge of legal calendaring requirements, prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence; conduct legal research; update and maintain internal databases; and prepare witness and other materials for case preparation; organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation. This is an ON-SITE role with a Monday-Friday in FRESNO, CA. The salary range for this opportunity is $30-40/hr/ DOE.



What will make you successful in this role:

--- Highly organized with excellent communication skills

--- Strong task management skills

--- Experience with Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw

--- Five or more years of experience



What will set you apart (Preferred):

--- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

--- Valid Paralegal Certificate
