Job Description:
Job Title: IT Service Technician Location: Modesto, CA Duration:
3 months with possible extension Pay range: $23 - $25/hr. on W2
Position Summary: · Provides technical support to the
organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware
(e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes). Answers questions regarding
system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime
procedures and is typically located within a call center.
Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering
and/or application development to restore service and/or identify
problems. Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely
resolution of problems. · Worker will assist in running calls and
installing computer and printer hardware in Clients stores.
Locations to be visited will be in the Modesto, Turlock & Merced,
CA area. Some drive times may be several hours in each
direction.
