Key Responsibilities:
Strategically grow, manage, and develop a team of highly skilled
Software Engineers
Lead projects to completion and provide technical advice during
complex solution planning
Coordinate and manage on-call rotations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
At least 8 years of software development experience
At least 2 years of software management experience
Ability to build strong identity teams and develop individuals'
career goals
Ability to paint a compelling vision and strategy that motivates
others
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
