experienced recruiter with a passion for the construction industry?
We're seeking a dynamic and driven Full Cycle Recruiter to join our
team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be an
integral part of our growing company, where you'll play a key role
in talent acquisition and management. You will be responsible for
managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and
interviewing candidates to conducting new hire orientation and
handling the necessary paperwork. Responsibilities: As a Full Cycle
Recruiter, you will: 1. Develop and implement effective recruiting
strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-quality candidates for
various positions within the construction industry. 2. Conduct
thorough interviews to assess candidate's skills, knowledge, and
fit within our company culture. 3. Manage job postings on various
platforms and actively participate in job fairs to source potential
candidates. 4. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently
to manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. 5.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate the process of new hire
paperwork, including i9, w4 forms. 6. Facilitate new hire
orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition
for new employees. 7. Work closely with hiring managers to
understand their hiring needs and ensure job descriptions
accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each
role. 8. Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of the
recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all legal and company
standards. 9. Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and
achieve recruitment goals. 10. Continually assess and refine
recruitment strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A
minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment,
preferably within the construction industry. 2. Proven experience
in conducting interviews, talent management, and new hire
orientation. 3. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations,
including the process of completing i9 and w4 forms. 4. Proficiency
in using ATS and other recruitment software. 5. Excellent time
management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
deadlines simultaneously. 6. Strong communication skills, both
verbal and written, to effectively communicate with candidates,
hiring managers, and other stakeholders. 7. Exceptional
organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Experience in
participating in job fairs and other sourcing strategies. 9.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. 10. A
proactive approach and the ability to take initiative in improving
