Description: Process Payroll for 250 Employees Weekly
processing-Hourly Semi-monthly-Salary Monthly Commissions Health
Insurance Open Enrollment Send out notifications to employees
regarding open enrollment period Review and approve enrollment
information Maintain Roster to follow-up with missing applications
401K Open Enrollment Coordinate bi-annual open enrollment with
administrator and employees Send out notifications to employees
Track eligible participants and monitor returned enrollment
applications Process New Hires Orientation I-9 Verification W-4/DE4
Completion Review and ensure that all required documents are
completed accurately Create New Employee Files/Medical Files/DOT
Files Track Pre-employment Physicals and Drug Screens Establish New
Hire in ADP Workforce Now/Jantek Time Keeping Track eligibility for
Health/401K Track Vacation and Sick Accruals Annual SMETA Audit
Annual DFEH Reporting Annual EEOC Reporting Annual Cal Osha
Reporting Maintain Annual Labor Law Posters Coordinate Annual
Sexual Harassment Training Report Work Related Injuries Coordinate
with Compliance Team to determine if reporting to Carrier is needed
If not needed, handle as first aid. Monitor to determine if it
remains first aid or needs to be elevated to W/C Claim If it is
determined to be an actual claim, report to carrier. Provide
employee with DWC1 Work closely with Workman's compensation Claims
adjuster to close claims quickly Manage Leaves of Absences FMLA
CFRA Paid family leave Personal Disability leave PDL Manage Wage
Deductions Garnishments Liens Child Support Orders 401K/ROTH 401K
Loans Health Insurance/Aflac Employee Complaints/disputes
Investigate Council Interactive Process Write Up-When needed
Discipline/Terminate Prepare final checks and provide COBRA
