SUMMARYPerforms a range of basic Human Resources and office support
activities for Corporate Division, such as answering phones and
directing calls, and performing routine clerical, data entry,
and/or completing assigned duties as part of shared service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following.
Other duties may be assigned.Responsible for mail management; Opens
and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other
material to department staff/faculty. Monitors and disperses email
in the Human Resources Outlook mailbox.Establishes, maintains,
processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other
documentsPrepare HR Documents, such as new hire packets, other HR
documents Organize and maintain personnel, I-9 and other
confidential records Answer employee queries about HR related
issues Participate and manage HR projectsOrder and manage office
supplies May perform specialized services of a routine
clerical/administrative nature in strict accordance with
established procedural guidelines, as appropriate to the
position.Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings,
and/or conferences, employee events May run various routine
errands, as required, for the Corporate DivisionSubmit reports and
prepare presentations as needed Assists with special projects, as
necessary.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no
supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job

EXPERIENCEAssociate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year
college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good computer skills including experience with an/or aptitude for
ERP or HRIS systems in general and proficiency with Microsoft
Office products. LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend
simple to moderately complex instructions, short correspondence,
and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to
effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to vendors and other employees of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to
work well with colleagues and managers.MATHMATICAL SKILLSAbility to
add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate
figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and
percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.REASONING
ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out
detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to
deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in
standardized situations. Excellent analytical and organizational
skills. Ability to exercise careful attention to
