    • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times.
    • Manage the team of inside sales and customer service.
    • Coordinate and manage sales contracts, after-sales service, and product quality standards.
    • Ensure the proper use of sales tools and programs (CRM, ERP, BI) for data security.
    • Put in place Cross-train/ Pay scale/ skills for all the team
    • Manage on a daily basis all the pipe of requests coming to us: web requests, phone calls, emails from customers, subsidies, rep group, sales team. Making sure that all requests are taken care of in a timely manner, follow up for customer satisfaction
      • Propose upgrades, updates, and definition of sales strategy, pricing and marketing.
      • Provide coordination between this department and other departments of the company.
      • Manage projects related to sales activity.
      • Oversee the department's compliance with processes defined by the group.
      • Provide technical support, training, troubleshooting and assistance to internal and external stakeholders in support of sales and marketing, production and product development.
        • Continuously review, update and maintain consistent improvement by proposing and implementing actions needed to maintain the highest level of quality of sales services.
