A business services company has an open position for a Remote Inbound Business Services Customer Service Representative in Jackson.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
Maintain and update customer information as necessary
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
Ability to use phone and computer systems
Stellar customer service skills
