In this role, you will communicate with customers through face to face interaction in a retail setting. • 1 year of experience in a similar fieldResponsibilities:
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Monitor and track customer appointments to completion
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail and maintain a high commitment to excellence in your work daily.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and team members.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsIdeal Candidates possess the following:
