Vituity, a leading healthcare management services organization, is seeking a dedicated AP Fellowship Assistant Program Director to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and managing our Advanced Practitioner (AP) Fellowship programs across various specialties such as emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and critical care. As an integral part of our educational services, the Assistant Program Director will ensure that our programs align with our mission of delivering superior healthcare and fostering the growth of our fellows through rigorous training and mentorship. Oversee the curriculum development and day-to-day operational aspects of the AP Fellowship programs. Implement educational best practices and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience of fellows. Coordinate with senior program directors and healthcare professionals to ensure that program content is clinically relevant and up-to-date. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and outcomes. Mentor and guide fellows, providing feedback and support to facilitate their professional growth and development. Manage accreditation processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation bodies. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and expand the program. Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare education systems and standards Ability to design curriculum and educational programs Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) is preferred. Active healthcare licensure as applicable
