Required Skills: Valid DEA number and current Nurse Practitioner license Proven experience in hospice and palliative care Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle multiple patient visits efficiently Proficiency in medication management and documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team Nice to Have Skills: Experience working with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and care facilities Familiarity with Medicare recertification processes Knowledge of electronic medical records systems Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher Minimum of 2 years of hospice or palliative care experience Prior travel or home health experience is advantageous Other Requirements: Valid DEA registration Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Comfortable working part-time (1–2 days per week) with flexible scheduling Availability for day shift only, Monday through Friday; no evenings or weekends This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $81.74, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
