Click here. /n/nResponsibilities:/n We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join our Neuro team at our downtown Fresno campus. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned patient populations receive high-quality and comprehensive services. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will act as a patient advocate, educator and coordinator, facilitating continuity of care with the healthcare team. You will also serve as a liaison throughout the hospital system and in the community, promoting the services provided to our population.
