Description: $205,000 Per Year Practicing Urgent Care Half the
Month in Fresno, CA Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse
Practitioner Model: Employed with Full Benefits and 401(k) Pay:
$85/hour plus OT Bonuses: Sign-On of $15,000 now until the End of
the Year and a $20,000 Annual Retention Bonus About Us: Our doors

the next 2 years. So far, we have 18 clinic locations throughout CA

Position Overview: Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best
Urgent Care 8 years in a row in Fresno, CA. We are hiring Physician
Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners in Bakersfield, CA.
Essential Responsibilities: Urgent Care Medicine practices
twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break. Full-time is 12 shifts
per month and 2 on-call shifts per month. Treat 4 patients per
hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a
low-acuity setting. Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail
Removal, and Laceration Repair. Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care
testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified
Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine
orders. Easy-to-use EMR with Dragon dictation and document all
patients in one minute INDFRES Requirements: Minimum Requirements |
Qualifications: Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in
Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies CA Medical License that
is active and in good standing DEA Certificate Compensation
