the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Infusion RN in Modesto, California, 95355! Job Title:

years of experience required License: Valid RN Licensure
Certifications: BLS, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider
certificate Must-Have: - Experience in administration of oncology
and non-oncology treatments - Familiarity with charting systems,
preferably Epic - Travel experience Description: Accountable for
the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing
care. Responsible for direct patient care, patient/family
education, and transitions of care in a busy outpatient infusion
center. Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients
in an assigned area. Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan
of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual,
economic, and lifestyle factors. Fosters and maintains
collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support
group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely
and effective communications. Adheres to policies, industry
standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to
promote an optimal patient experience. Weekend requirement includes
4-8 weekend shifts per schedule month and holidays as needed. No
