Job Description We are seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team in multiple locations across California. We have 13-week and 14-week contract assignments as well as permanent full-time positions available. Contract Opportunities (13 & 14 Weeks) Hemet, CA Santa Clara, CA Elk Grove, CA Fremont, CA Stockton, CA Pleasant Hill, CA Willows, CA Permanent Positions Willows, CA Fremont, CA Hayward, CA Pleasant Hill, CA Kingsburg, CA Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence Document patient progress and outcomes accurately Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams Educate patients and families on treatment plans and goals Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist license Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Must have at least 1-year recent experience in skilled nursing, inpatient, or acute care setting preferred Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficient inpatient assessment and treatment planning Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
