Job Description Discover Exciting Opportunities at River Vista Behavioral Health in Madera, CA Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist Practice Opportunity Available Now Join River Vista Behavioral Health in Madera, CA, as an Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist and be part of the San Joaquin Valley's newest and most comprehensive behavioral health facility. Our state-of-the-art 125-bed hospital opened its doors in October 2023, providing a full continuum of inpatient services, including specialized units for children and adolescents. We also provide outpatient programs including child, adolescent, and family therapy, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and other common behavioral health issues. Whether you specialize in General Psychiatry or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our facility. Key Details: Full-Time, 1099/Independent Contractor arrangement. Daily case load of 15 adult patients. Inpatient setting with a focus on regular rounding, admissions, discharges, and treatment team participation. Minimum Requirements: MD/DO degree from an accredited program. Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry. Licensed to practice in the State of CA or the ability to obtain a CA medical license.
