Job Description:

Inc to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Fresno, California,
93701! Pay Information $3,100 per week About The Position The RN
Critical Care Specialist is a technical specialist trained to
manage the ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) system and
the clinical needs of patients under the direction and supervision
of a licensed, ECMO-trained physician. This includes the management
and monitoring of the ECMO machine, as well as circuit management
and medical and mechanical emergencies. This role will care for
open-heart surgery patients as assigned and manage other
extracorporeal and critical care devices, such as continuous renal
replacement therapy (CRRT), Impella, and balloon pumps. Works
closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
and ensure the best outcomes for critically ill patients.
28422442EXPTEMP Job Requirements ECMO Specialist Training and
experience greater than 6 months up to 1 year managing the ECMO
(Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) system Proficiency with: ECMO
circuit components (oxygenator, pump, cannulation sites).
Anticoagulation management and lab interpretation (ACT, aPTT,
etc.). Hemodynamic monitoring , mechanical ventilation, and blood
gas analysis. Strong ability to troubleshoot alarms, circuit
complications, and emergent situations. Excellent communication and
teamwork skills to coordinate with perfusionists, physicians, and
