Click here. \n\nResponsibilities:\n Located in downtown Fresno, Community Regional is the flagship hospital of the region and home to the only Level I Trauma Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. As an RN ECMO Specialist in our 24-bed ICU, you'll provide advanced, high-acuity care for the Central Valley's most critically ill patients — including those requiring Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO). Manage ECMO circuits and related critical-care technologies, ensuring continuous, safe operation and monitoring of all system parameters. Collaborate closely with physicians, Respiratory Care Practitioners, Perfusionists, and multidisciplinary ICU teams to develop and execute individualized care plans. Care for post-open-heart and complex critical-care patients, managing extracorporeal and hemodynamic support devices. Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, staff education, and protocol development to advance ECMO practice standards and patient outcomes.
