\n\nResponsibilities:\nThe Surgical and Procedural (S&P)
Services - Charge Nurse for Community Health System (CHS) has daily
oversight and supportive resourcing of the clinical staff and the
management of patient care. They serve as the primary liaison for
an assigned care area with physicians, staff, patients, and
families. They are responsible for coordinating patient flow and
staff assignments and the oversight of patient safety, quality, and
regulatory activities within the surgical and procedural
area.\n\nQualifications:\n Experience 2 years experience as a staff
RN in the area of assignment or demonstrated competency 6 months
experience as a Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role
required Licenses and Certifications RN – Current and valid
Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
required BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare
Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
