That’s why we offer: /n /n - Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) /n - Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days /n - 401K savings match /n - Comprehensive compensation package including base pay, bonus, and equity /n - And additional benefits! /n /n On the day-to-day, you will: /n /n - Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals /n - Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans /n - Deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans /n - Provide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional training of ADLs, and treatments including massage, heat, sound, water, light, or electricity /n - Supervise Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP) /n - Provide training and instruction to staff, participants, and caregivers/families on the use and care of therapeutic equipment /n /n Job requirements include: /n /n - Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s or doctoral degree preferred /n - Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred /n - Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility /n - Current CPR certification preferred /n /n We are seeking Physical Therapists that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
