Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or
Communication Disorders from an accredited program. Certifications
Requirements Valid California State License as a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP). State License required for practice. Experience
Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Therapist
in a clinical or long-term care setting. Ability to deliver
compassionate and effective speech therapy services. Other
Requirements Must-haves include a valid State License. Excellent
communication skills, patient-centered approach, and ability to
work independently. No on-call or callback requirements. Must be
able to work days, 8 am - 5 pm, with a productive rate above 90%.
